  • Trading Cards and Collectables reserves the right to alter/revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. When purchasing from this site these Terms and Conditions should be reviewed at the time of each purchase accordingly.

  • Prices, products and content depicted on the Trading Card and Collectables website are subject to change at any time without notice. Considerable effort is made to accurately display the attributes and features of the products found on the web site. However, Trading Card and Collectables cannot guarantee things like the colour displayed on your computer monitor is an exact match for the actual product.

  • All purchasers are required to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this web site. 

  • Any order placed using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

  • Trading Cards and Collectables accepts the following methods of payment: PayPal®, PayPal 4, Trading Cards and Collectables Online Gift Certificates, Visa®, MasterCard®, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

  • All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according Trading Cards and Collectables’ shipping policy. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost shipments in the post. 

  • All sales are final with all products including pre-sell products. When you place an order for a pre-sell product, you will be locked in at the advertised price.  No price adjustments will be made if the price changes after you place the order (increase or decrease in price). No refunds will be given for any fluctuation in price.  Any pre-sell deposits are also non-refundable but can be used for credit on future purchases.

  • Returns are only accepted if there was an incorrect item received or processing procedure on our end. 

  • THE ABOVE POLICY is GOOD FOR 7 days ONLY from the time the product arrives to you as confirmed by tracking..After the 7 days have passed by since tracking delivery notification the return is null and void

  • Returns
    The item must be in the same condition it was in when shipped to receive a refund. Any variation to the condition of the card will result in a forfeited refund or partial refund at our discretion.

  • Box Breaks
    Refunds on Box Break spots prior to a break taking place are fully refundable. There are no refunds on Break spots after a break as taken place. No Exceptions!

  • Damaged Packages:

Please inspect all packages for damages immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you feel your order has been damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please do not open the factory sealed cases/boxes/packs and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.

  • Trading Cards and Collectables’ Gift Certificates, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. These will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. They must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. 

  • All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges/cancellations are not accepted. The only exception is if we make an error with the order.  Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer. Contact information is available upon request.


  • You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. In addition to any remedies that we may have at law or in equity, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated or are likely to violate the foregoing prohibitions, we may take any action we deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, the immediate removal of the related materials from this web site. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.


  • You must be 18 years or older to access the sealed section of our website. Trading Cards and Collectables does not accept any responsibility for the supply of false information regarding its members’ date of birth. 

  • All purchases made by persons under the age of 18 years must be made with the consent of parents or caregivers.
